Telephone sales:
Sales – Hitting the key areas of how to sell from overcoming objections and closing the sale to gaining the understanding of the customer needs, this self paced course will provide you with the necessary skills and confidence to sell in a service based fashion. The course will take about 4 hours in total and having access for 12 months is there for continuing refreshers so that you can practice the skills and return to the course to hone them.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
- How to prepare to make an out-going call
- Understanding of creating the customer’s first impression of organisation’s service
- How to identify customer purchase needs and expectations, and gain agreement on requirements on in-coming and out-going calls
- How to make a sales approach, offer a solution, meet customer’s needs and close the sale
- How to close call and complete documentation and follow-up procedures
- How to handle objections
