Customer Service – As individuals we expect excellent service when we talk to people on the phone. Whether we are ordering a pizza, changing our bank details, renewing our insurance policies or booking a holiday, we expect to be treated well and given all options. This course will provide you with the skills to be excellent in delivering service in your role.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
